Simply attach a tag to the equipment, complete the relevant checklist - remove the top copy and place inside the tag to display the date and findings of the inspection for all to see. A duplicat ecopy is retained inside the check book for management records.
The visibility of the tag on the equipment removes the risk of assumption that it has been inspected and clearly displays if the date of inspection has been missed or if a fault has been found.
